Telecom

  • We finished installing 5,700 km of optical fibre cable (OFC) in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sikkim, and Port Blair. This was done with ITI Limited, A2Z Infra Engineering Limited, and GR Infraprojects Limited.
  • We completed the BharatNet Phase II project in the Bihar B3 area by installing 3,500 km of OFC and connecting 1,007 Gram Panchayats using GPON technology.
  • We restored 2,725 km of OFC in the BharatNet Phase I project in Bihar and Jharkhand. This was a direct project from Bharat Broadband Network Limited.
  • We handled operations and maintenance for 34,000 km of OFC in the BharatNet Phase I project in Bihar and Jharkhand, connecting 8,857 Gram Panchayats. This was also a direct project from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited.

Amended BharatNet Phase III

Annu Projects Limited has been awarded a major contract under the Amended BharatNet Phase III initiative, marking another milestone in our mission to build robust telecom infrastructure across India. This project is being executed in consortium with GR Infraprojects Limited, reflecting our strong collaborative capabilities in large-scale infrastructure development.

  • Coverage Area: 978 Gram Panchayats and 152 Blocks
  • Project Value: ₹1,000 Crores
  • Duration: Includes a comprehensive 10-year Operation & Maintenance (AMC) period

Sewerage

Goa Project :

We had received 13 projects from 2011-12 to 2023-24, costing about ₹ 2,180.00 million. We have finished work worth ₹2,040.00 million, which includes laying 60 km of HDPE pipes in Goa and building 1,800 RCC manholes, with depths between 2 meters and 10 meters. We have been also awarded 13 work orders until March 2024, out of which 9 are completed and about 80% of the 4 active work orders is done.

Jharkhand Sewerage Project:

We completed a project that involved laying a sewer line, building a sewage treatment plant, constructing pumping stations, and low-cost sanitation. The total value of this project is ₹ 400.00 million.

Madhya Pradesh:

We are executing Sewerage Project worth 32 Cr for Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. The project includes building of 0.5 MLD Sewerage Treatment Plant( STP), laying of Sewer Pipe for 36 km along with Maintenance for 5 years.

Gas Pipelines

Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh), Patna (Bihar) and Ranchi (Jharkhand)

We are actively engaged in laying MDPE ranging from 20 mm to 125 mm in diameter, along with 38,300 GI house connections for domestic and commercial gas supply. We have completed projects for Indraprastha Gas Limited, Gujarat Gas Limited and Gail India Limited. As on March 31, 2025, we are working on 14 projects with Gail India Limited in Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh.

Housing Infrastructure

 Annu Projects Limited is also associated with Housing Projects and have completed various projects in Bihar/West Bengal. The completed flats have been successfully handed over to the owners well with the stipulated time frame. The size of the projects varies from 30,000 sq ft to 70,000 sq feet built up area.

Gas Pipeline

We are actively engaged in laying MDPE ranging from 20 mm to 125 mm in diameter, along with 38,300 GI house connections for domestic and commercial gas supply. We have completed projects for Indraprastha Gas Limited, Gujarat Gas Limited and Gail India Limited. As on March 31, 2025, we are working on 14 projects with Gail India Limited in Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh.

Sewerage Infrastructure

Our core activities in this sector include pipe laying, construction of manholes, construction of sewerage treatment plants, construction of pumping stations, and construction of structural facilities essential for supporting sewerage operations, construction of stormwater drainage systems and screening chambers for combined or sanitary sewers. The sewerage system typically concludes either at the inlet of a sewage treatment facility or at the designated discharge point into the environment. We are one of the key contractors with Sewerage Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, and Jharkhand Urban Infrastructure Development Company Limited for their sewerage scheme. The projects under this vertical are funded by World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Central Government, State Government under various scheme of Namami Gange and Swachh Bharat Mission.

Telecom Infrastructure

In the telecom infrastructure vertical, we are primarily engaged in surveying, designing, and installing cabling and tower infrastructures for communication, automation, and electronic security systems. As part of our offerings, we also undertake the laying of OFC network, both overhead and underground, for telecom operators across India. Majority of our revenue is derived from this vertical. We serve PSUs and private parties by implementing OFC networks for their telecom networks. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, A2Z Infra Engineering Limited, Bharat Broadband Network Limited, GR Infraprojects Limited and others are some of our customers in telecom infrastructure sector.
