Our Commitment
We are committed to provide superior, proactive, innovative, state of the art wholesale & retail services with an attitude of care and concern to all customers. We are regularly laying sewerage pipes for Goa Sewerage Department and in last 5 years have done work of more than Rs 100 crores for the sewerage board to their utmost satisfaction.

Sh. Sanjay Sarraf
(MD/ CEO)
Sh. Sanjay Sarraf, our Managing Director and a founding promoter, boasts over 20 years of experience in the Telecom Infrastructure industry. Since our company’s inception, he has been a key board member, instrumental in our growth. Sanjay excels in strategy and policy development, liaising with government departments and overseeing essential processes like bidding, tendering, and planning. As a visionary entrepreneur, he is committed to driving the company to new milestones at an optimal pace. Under his leadership, our company has consistently achieved new heights of success in the telecom infrastructure sector.
Sh. K R Sharma
(Technical Director)
Sh. K R Sharma, an engineering graduate with over 26 years of experience in the telecom industry, is a founding member of APL. His expertise lies in project management and the evaluation of techno-commercial aspects of projects. Under his guidance, APL has expanded its services portfolio and successfully entered new global markets. As a key strategist, Sh. K R Sharma has played a pivotal role in APL’s diversification into various non-telecom sectors. His skills as a technical strategist have been crucial in sourcing, grooming, and retaining top talent within the company.
Sh. Prem Niwas Pandey
(COO)
Sh. Prem Niwas Pandey brings over 25 years of extensive experience across diverse fields, including the design and project management of telecom and sewerage projects, as well as the establishment of large greenfield projects. He has led the development of major projects in India. Joining APL in 2007 as the Technical Advisor for Telecom, he now serves as the Chief Operating Officer, continuing to drive the company’s growth and success.
